Future Energy, a dynamic team within Northpower Contracting, is seeking a
dedicated Site Delivery Manager to drive the success of our renewable energy
projects across the North Island.

delivering comprehensive design, engineering, procurement, construction,
operations, and maintenance services for renewable energy projects. We pride

business units and subcontractors to ensure every project is meticulously

The Role
As a Site Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role
in the success of our projects. Your primary focus will be managing site
coordination, ensuring compliance with health and safety initiatives, and
fostering a positive workplace culture. You’ll work closely with the Project
Manager – Construction and Trainee Project Manager to communicate site
progress, address constraints, and drive project momentum. You’ll also be
instrumental in developing and refining construction systems and processes to
meet and exceed project targets. This role will also:
- Oversee and coordinate site activities to ensure
efficient execution of construction and assembly work
- Manage multiple construction workstreams
simultaneously with minimal physical oversight
- Communicate effectively with project management to
report on progress, address constraints, and maintain project momentum
- Implement and ensure adherence to specifications and
project requirements
- Drive health and safety initiatives and foster a
positive work environment on site
- Develop, improve, and innovate construction processes
and systems to enhance project delivery

Who we’re looking for
Ideally you’ll be someone with proven experience in
managing multiple parallel construction workstreams in the field and a valid
Electrical Registration, You’ll also have:
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver
projects to schedule
- Strong capability to read, understand, and implement
project specifications and requirements
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to
prioritize duties effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, with experience in Procore
being advantageous
- Deep commitment to Health & Safety initiatives
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of
fostering a positive and productive work environment
