The
role
As a Connections Administrator, you will handle a variety of
clerical and administrative duties while building strong relationships with
both internal teams and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will
include dealing with customer enquiries both by phone
and email, creating and closing job packs, assisting with scheduling jobs,
creating and closing purchase orders, invoicing and any other duties as
required.

About you
To be successful in the role, you
would ideally have the following:
- Tertiary education or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years of administrative experience.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and motivated team player.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
