Field Services Manager – Vegetation

The Role:
Leading a team of people to manage and deliver works safely, positively, effectively, and efficiently.
Provide technical support, scoping and planning assistance as required.

- Working with the Scheduler for work planning, job scoping, and project coordination
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Leading and mentoring a team to achieve outstanding performance
- Managing training, audits, and quality control processes
- Strengthening relationships subcontractors, and stakeholders

About you:
- Proven supervisory and leadership experience
- Experience and qualifications in Arboriculture, Forestry, or Utility Arboriculture
- Strong knowledge of relevant industry codes, policies, and safety regulations
- Ability to build and manage effective teams
- Excellent problem-solving, planning, and communication skills
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Fulcrum
