We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to
join our team and provide essential administrative support to our GM Central
Contracting and Leadership team.
The Opportunity
At Northpower, our people are at the heart of our success. As a Management Administrator you will provide essential day-to-day support, planning, and coordination to our Central Region team.
Reporting to the GM, you will also role model success in
several technical and people functions:
- Offer seamless administrative support to the GM and Leadership team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and assist with travel and accommodation arrangements to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Develop and maintain streamlined office systems, including email management, electronic filing, and monitoring systems.
- Prepare and circulate meeting agendas, documents, and reports to ensure effective communication.
- Assist in the creation and development of compelling presentations.
- Handle financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Prioritise, sort, and draft both internal and external correspondence in a timely manner.
- Assist in coordination Northpower led initiatives

Who we’re looking for
- To be considered for this role you will naturally be a
people person possessing strong interpersonal skills, as well as:
- Proven experience as a management assistant or personal assistant
- Be competent with compiling reports and papers for management teams
- A background in Administration or Business with relevant qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- A keen eye for detail
- Proven track record in building strong, sustainable relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, a team player attitude, and ability to maintain confidentiality will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
