The Role:
Due
to an exciting internal movement, the opportunity has arisen for you to become a
vital member of our team. As our successful candidate you will play a critical
role in coordinating and scheduling workflows alongside our Project Managers to
ensure consistent and efficient service delivery across our business units.
Working
alongside many stakeholders you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our
resources (labour and fleet) are optimally utilised and that a high level of
communication and reporting is maintained in relation to work schedules and
fleet maintenance.
This
role provides the opportunity to develop a broad skillset and in-depth
knowledge of our business and industry by supporting and covering various
operational tasks and working closely with our managers, support and field
teams (Electricians, Line Mechanics/Cable Jointers, Arborists), and key
external fleet stakeholders.

About
you:
This
is a busy role with regular competing demands that requires one’s finger to
remain on the pulse. This is where your proven experience in a scheduling or
coordination role, and a strong ability to multitask, prioritise and
self-organise will shine.
- A
proficiency in MS Office Suite and computing, as you will work across multiple
system, will be advantageous.
- You’ll
be a forward thinker who has an eye for the bigger picture and will utilise
this skill in integration activity planning as part of your scheduling and
fleet management duties.
- As
an avid communicator you will be confident and comfortable in liaising and
building collaborative relationships with a diverse range of people, from tradespeople
to external stakeholders both verbally and in writing (with phone work being a prominent
part of the role), all while maintaining accurate and detailed records.
