The
Role:
We are looking for an
experienced Delivery Manager to join our team. This newly created role will see
you take charge of
managing the Central Distribution - South faults and maintenance teams, ensuring that
service, cost, quality, and safety objectives are met.
As the Delivery Manager, you
will oversee the efficient operation and performance of the maintenance
delivery team, supported by a skilled group of professionals. You will work
closely with the Operations Manager, assisting in the
delivery of strategic objectives and ensuring the timely and cost-effective
delivery of all maintenance activities.
In
this role, you will:
- Lead and motivate your team
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the maintenance delivery team, ensuring adherence to scheduled work plans and fault response rosters.
- Drive safety compliance and ensure all Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (HSQE) standards are met.
- Actively participate in fault investigations and reporting to minimize downtime.
- Oversee budget responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong background in leading teams in a maintenance or project delivery setting.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A relevant electrical trade or engineering qualification
- Proven leadership capabilities with a demonstrated ability to lead teams toward achieving business goals
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
-Technical acumen and the ability to solve problems and manage fault response effectively
- A commitment to safety and high standards of performance
