The
Role:
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join our team. In this
role, you will be responsible for managing the Matamata field services team,
ensuring service, cost, quality, and safety objectives are met.
As the Delivery Manager, you’ll
oversee the efficient operation and performance of the field services in Masterton,
supported by a skilled team. You will assist the Operations Manager in
delivering strategic objectives, growing a profitable, sustainable, and
competitive contracting business, and contributing to the development of annual
budget forecasts.
In this role, you will:
• Manage the Masterton field services team to ensure service, cost, quality, and
safety objectives are achieved.
• Lead and motivate a team of direct reports and their teams to perform
efficiently and meet customer satisfaction goals.
• Support the Operations Manager in delivering strategic business objectives.
• Assist in growing a sustainable and competitive contracting business for Powerco.
• Contribute to the development of annual budget forecasts and ensure the team
operates within budget.
• Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with company procedures.

• Proven leadership capabilities with a demonstrated ability to lead teams

• Sound financial knowledge and strategic thinking
• A commitment to safety and high standards of performance
• Experience and current involvement in the electricity supply industry is
highly advantageous
