- Conduct site visits to evaluate progress, compliance with scope, quality of workmanship, and completeness of tasks.
- Supervise and support a team, ensuring clear communication, the successful delegation of tasks, and continuous development of team members.
- Ensure all health, safety, quality, and environmental standards are met, proactively addressing any issues or challenges.

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively.
- Ability to organise and plan your workload and that of others to meet deadlines and achieve results.
- Solid understanding of health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements (HSQE).
- A current NZ driver’s licence (Class 1).
