The Role:
To project manage the delivery of Major Capital Projects for Electrical Distribution. Ensure delivery meets customer requirements safely, on time, within budget and to Client and Northpower technical and quality standards. This includes stakeholder engagement and relationship building with major clients across wider Auckland area to maintain and secure new work streams. Collaboration with the design estimation team on design/scope/price, planning delivery, managing and scheduling crews, liaising with customers, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver cost effective quality outcomes.

- Manage the end-to-end delivery of large-scale electrical distribution projects
- Lead scheduling, resourcing, and budgeting to deliver outcomes
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and field crews to ensure effective project execution
- Monitor project financials, forecasting, WIP, and reporting
- Oversee safety, compliance, and quality throughout the project lifecycle
- Support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction

About You:
- 5+ years of successful project management experience (preferably in, power substations, power transformers and electrical     distribution)
- Formal PM training or equivalent experience
- Proven track record delivering multiple complex projects
- Strong communication, financial, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Full Class 1 NZ Driver’s Licence
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Project, and project reporting tools
- A safety-first mindset and commitment to quality
