We’re looking for a reliable and safety-focused Store person to support our Warkworth Depot. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage stock, assist our field teams, and ensure everything is in place to keep the power flowing for our communities.

About the role:

- Operate a forklift for loading and unloading vehicles.
- Support purchasing and supplier relationships.
- Serve internal teams at the stores counter with excellent customer service.
- Pick, pack, and prepare stock accurately and efficiently.
- Carry out stocktakes and cyclical counts to maintain accurate records.
- Daily warehouse operations: receiving, issuing, storing, and inventory control.
- Manage logistics.
- Drive safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Inspire a high-performing team.

About you:

- 3+ years’ experience in warehouse/logistics management.
- Current Forklift licence (essential).
- Full NZ driver’s licence with Class 1(essential), 2, and 4 (preferred but can be trained over time).
- Inventory & stocktake expert.
- JDE & SAP Experience, intermediate to expert skill.
- Tertiary qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain (preferred).
- Strong commitment to health and safety – Safety first, always.
- Good computer literacy for basic admin tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
- A passion for operational excellence and safety.
