About the Role:
This is a 6‑month fixed‑term opportunity for an experienced
Financial Business Analyst with strong, hands‑on IBM Planning Analytics
(TM1) experience.
TM1 experience is required. Candidates without proven IBM Planning Analytics / TM1 / PAfe development experience or strong user experience won’t be considered.
You’ll be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting IBM Planning Analytics / TM1 reports and planning tools that directly improve forecasting, budgeting, and decision‑making. Working closely with Group FP&A and the Financial and Commercial teams, you’ll capture business requirements and act as go between with external providers to build out suite of TM1 reports and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Co design,
develop and enhance IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) reports and tools
- Use
PAfe (Excel add‑in) to create tools to streamline planning and reporting
- Support
budgeting and forecasting cycles and improve user adoption
- Train
users and document TM1 processes
- Deliver
ad hoc financial and commercial analysis
About You:
- Proven
experience developing in IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) (essential)
- Advanced
Excel skills ( Power Query / VBA desirable)
- Experience
with financial modelling and reporting systems (JDE a bonus)
- Strong
analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑engagement skills
- A
