Customer Admin Support

The Role:

The Customer Admin Support role is responsible for supporting the vegetation management program, primarily through issuing notifications to vegetation owners and discussing required outcomes with external stakeholders. The role will also provide administrative support to the wider Delivery team.
The Customer Admin Support is also responsible for generating customer notices while ensuring all details are accurate and clear, while also being the first point of contact for vegetation related queries. Additional responsibilities include being responsible for responding to customer queries either by phone or email and creating reports on the vegetation programs performance and offer suggestions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Issue notifications and communicate with tree owners, councils, and contractors
- Respond to customer queries via phone and email
- Track and report on vegetation program performance
- Support the delivery team with administrative and financial tasks
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

About You:

 - At least 1 year experience in a similar role

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint)

- Experience with financial management software and purchase orders

- Ability to handle challenging conversations professionally
