About the Role:
In this role, you’ll manage projects end-to-end, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while meeting both client and quality expectations. You’ll work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver cost-effective solutions.
Role Responsibilities:
-Managing projects from design, pricing, and planning through to delivery and close-out
-Preparing detailed work packs, including site photos, access requirements, technical data, and compliance documentation
-Coordinating customer communication and stakeholder engagement
-Monitoring project financial performance and completing reconciliations
-Designing and pricing work in line with budgets and resource availability
-Organising materials, permits, and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery
-Managing defects, including scoping, pricing, and delivery within required timeframes
-Ensuring all work meets required standards, procedures, and KPI timeframes
You’ll be involved in a variety of projects across HV and LV networks, including overhead and underground services, network upgrades, new connections, and subdivision developments.
About You:
You’re a practical and organised Project Manager who enjoys
being hands-on and solving problems. You’re confident managing multiple
priorities and working with a range of stakeholders.
You will bring:
-Experience in a similar project management role, ideally
within electrical or infrastructure environments
-Knowledge of electrical distribution networks (HV/LV preferred)
-Strong understanding of project and job management fundamentals
-Financial awareness and ability to manage budgets and costs
-Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
-Proven problem-solving ability and sound decision-making skills
-Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Project
-A Level 6 Project Management qualification (or equivalent experience)
-A full Class 1 driver’s licence
