Junior Accountant

The Role:
The role of the Junior Accountant is critical in ensuring a no surprises approach to the financial performance of the business. Key focus of this role is to drive commercial acumen and good business management behaviours. One of the top priorities is to ensure the businesses are generating and maintaining a sound level of working capital and operating cash position.

- Assist with month-end processes, financial reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable and drive cash collection.
- Work on budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Provide data insights and analytics to improve decision-making.
- Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About you:
- Junior Accountant or working towards CA qualification
- Strong numerical, analytical, and reporting skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and Power BI
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
