Earn NZQA credits at Northpower
Northpower is launching industry-specific training to our people to earn NZQA accredited micro-credentials in the workplace.
Over the past three years, Northpower has collaborated with industry training providers, New Zealand Institute of Skills and Technology, and The Energy Academy, to build and implement formalised training for our people.
Sparked by a shared belief that our people deserve industry-led, practical and relevant recognition on their learning journey, we’ve co-designed the courses. Together, we’ve built a NZQA recognised system that truly acknowledges the skills, expertise, and dedication our people demonstrate every day on the job.
By formalising critical skills and creating clear development pathways, we are committed to growing a future-ready and mobile workforce, equipped for tomorrow’s opportunities.
