Northpower trainee wins employee of the year

We’re proud to announce that Rozlyn Fisher, one of our trainee cable jointers, recently won the He Poutama Taitamariki (Youth Employee/Employer of the Year) award at the Northland Business Awards.

With Northpower, Rozlyn has been able to create opportunities for herself, to build a career in the electrical supply industry, and provide for her young family.

Since joining us as a cadet, Rozlyn has thrived. Her perseverance and proactive learning have seen her skills rocket – making her a valued asset to the teams she works with.

During her childhood, Rozlyn often visited our Maungaturoto depot where her grandfather worked. Today she proudly continues to represent her family in this industry.
