We’re looking for a driven, career‑focused Business Support
Coordinator who’s ready to grow, take ownership, and make a real impact as part
of our Central Contracting team.
Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial and operational processes including invoicing, claims, purchasing, subcontractor management, reporting, project documentation
- Ensure quality, compliance, and customer reporting requirements are met
- Support large project administration and credit check processing
- General miscellaneous administrative tasks including travel bookings and office/facilities coordination where required
- Assistance with keeping our field staff competencies updated and compliant
- Promote and exceed operational and customer performance targets
- Use strong problem-solving skills to implement effective solutions quickly
Experience:
- Proven experience working with a team, a passion for collaboration, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Intermediate experience using Excel
- Experience using SAP software (advantage but not essential)
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Business acumen and the ability to adapt to change
