How drone inspections work
Drones capture high-resolution visual, thermal and LiDAR data from viewpoints that are difficult to access using traditional inspection methods. Captured information is georeferenced and time-stamped to support accurate identification of assets, defects and anomalies.
More than aerial capture
Drone inspections can be combined with ground-based asset assessments, acoustic inspections and thermal imaging. This allows aerial findings to be supported by inspections from the ground and brings multiple inspection methods into one coordinated programme.
