If you have not received a notification from Northpower regarding an outage, please ensure your contact and postal details are correct with your electricity retailer.

Sometimes due to weather or safety reasons, we may be unable to undertake the work on the day advertised. Work will be cancelled or postponed and we will send a notification advising the alternate date.
